Asset management companies Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary, CoinShares, Franklin, 21Shares, and WisdomTree have submitted amended S-1 filings for the XRP Spot ETF. The updated filings change the structure of some funds, allowing for the creation of XRP or cash and the redemption of cash or physical assets, rather than just simple cash creation and redemption. Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated, "These filings are almost certainly in response to feedback from the U.S. SEC. This is a good sign, but also basically expected." (TheBlock)
